Senate advances Graham bill with Zelenskyy in town to put harsher sanctions on Russia, Iran

The Senate advanced a bill led by Graham to impose harsher sanctions on Russia and Iran while Ukrainian President Zelenskyy was in the U.S. Graham, Blumenthal, and other Ukraine supporters had negotiated the legislation for over a year.
