'Upskirting' suspect arrested at sprawling Burbank shopping complex
A 23-year-old Los Angeles man was arrested for allegedly using his cellphone to secretly photograph female shoppers beneath their clothing at Burbank's Empire Center on July 26. The Burbank Police Department announced the arrest.
