New 'rapid' notification system expands emergency alerts for Kauaʻi residents

A new 'rapid' notification system called Everbridge Mass Notification System has been introduced to expand emergency alerts for Kauaʻi residents. It is described as a valuable addition to KPD’s existing platforms for sharing information.
