City and county leaders in Miami Beach celebrated the placement of the final structural beam for the Grand Hyatt Hotel, a luxury hotel connected to the Miami Beach Convention Center. The 800-room hotel, featuring 90,000 feet of meeting space, is set to open in 2027 and aims to enhance the city's tourism appeal.
