[US] No caller id bank scam

A user received a suspicious call from a no-caller ID number, with the caller claiming to be from Bank of America and alleging account compromise with unlisted charges. The caller mentioned unauthorized transactions and provided the user's name and address, but all Bank of America locations were closed at the time.
