Bay Ridge Towers parking decks closed as homeowners seek funding for major repairs

Residents of Bay Ridge Towers are seeking answers after two parking decks at the housing complex were closed due to structural concerns. The privately owned parking decks, located beneath the Belt Parkway and built over private freight railroad tracks, have been closed since the end of 2024 under an order.
