Margate man accused of dragging sleeping woman to Serino Park, assaulting her for hours

A Margate man allegedly assaulted a sleeping woman on a bench before dragging her to Serino Park and sexually assaulting her for approximately six hours. Omar Boatwright, 38, was arrested by Margate police and is being held without bond at Broward County Jail.
