Washington says goodbye to South Carolina US Sen. Lindsey Graham

Members of Congress and international leaders attended a tribute for Sen. Lindsey Graham at the U.S. Capitol Rotunda ahead of his funeral service at Washington National Cathedral. President Donald Trump was expected to speak, and attendees included Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Graham was remembered for his advocacy for Israel and Ukraine.
