Yemen’s Houthis claimed they fired ballistic missiles at a Saudi Arabian oil tanker named NCC Ghazal in the Red Sea, alleging it violated their maritime blockade and ignored warning calls. The Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree stated the ship was 'forced to turn back'.
