An apartment complex in Hickory, Fox Ridge Apartments, was purchased by a New Jersey-based real estate firm for $7.5 million. The complex on Fourth Street Drive NW, featuring one, two, and three bedroom units, will be renamed The Townhomes at Viewmont.
