Lutheran Social Service set to open resource center for families in St. Paul
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota will open the LSS Center for Changing Lives in St. Paul this fall, providing housing, childcare, and support services to over 1,100 youths and young families annually. The center, located near the Green Line, will offer early learning, financial counseling, behavioral health services, and employment assistance in a youth-focused facility modeled after LSS sites in Minneapolis and Duluth.
