2-year-old girl dies after apparent accidental drowning in Nashville pool
A 2-year-old girl, Viomara Laura Ortiz, died after an apparent accidental drowning in a backyard pool in Nashville. Her father reported she ran off while he was changing, leading to an eight-minute delay before she was found. CPR was performed, and she was taken to Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital, where she later died.
