Kerala government to install 60 km of solar fencing in Wayanad to alleviate human-wildlife conflict
The Kerala government plans to install 60 km of solar fencing in Wayanad under its 100-day action programme to address human-wildlife conflict. The Wildlife Institute of India will conduct a carrying capacity study of Wayanad's forests due to proximity of human settlements to forest areas.
