Beshear urges McConnell to provide more info on his health or resign

Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear urged Sen. Mitch McConnell to resign if he cannot prove his ability to serve, citing his month-long hospitalization after a fall and lack of communication. McConnell's physician stated he is undergoing physical therapy and plans to return to the Senate in January.
