Woman killed in hit-and-run crash along I-57; man injured during attempt to help

A woman was killed in a hit-and-run crash on I-57 in Washington Heights, while a man was injured during an attempt to assist. Illinois State Police reported the incidents occurred Sunday evening near South Halstead Street.
