Man accused of sexually assaulting 11-year-old girl in Oakland County

A 31-year-old Livonia man is charged with four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl. The investigation began when the child's grandfather reported the abuse, and the mother provided text messages from the accused. The defendant was arrested in July, given an $850,000 bond, and must wear a GPS tether until his next court appearance on August 7.
