Colombia Tax Filing Rules for Non-Residents in 2025
Non-residents in Colombia for 2025 are defined as those spending 183 days or fewer in the country within any 365-day period. They are taxed only on Colombian-source income and assets, not worldwide holdings. A tax return is required if Colombian-source income was not fully covered.
