Hong Kong steps up support as premium taxi fleets face driver shortage
Hong Kong's government has pledged to support premium taxi fleets facing a driver shortage, with current numbers of taxis and drivers remaining about one-third below target. Over 2,000 fleet taxis and 2,400 drivers are in service, as the five premium fleets mark a year of operations.
