Help my mom got scammed

A 64-year-old woman was scammed after receiving a fake Apple email claiming a $700 charge. She followed instructions from a scammer who obtained her bank account information, resulting in an $8,000 loss. The scammer initially made it appear as though the $700 was refunded before draining the account.
