China turns to public for help in deadly dam collapse probe after Typhoon Maysak

The Chinese government has sought public assistance to investigate the collapse of the Liulan Reservoir in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, which occurred on July 6 and caused heavy casualties. Submissions via a dedicated hotline or written reports are accepted until August 15.
