Imaan, Hadi seek early hearing of their petition in Peca case
Lawyers Imaan Mazar and Hadi Ali Chattha have requested the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to schedule an early hearing for their petitions seeking suspension of sentences in the Peca case. The court dismissed the prosecution’s objections to the petitions, allowing them to proceed on merits, and the applicants now seek a hearing during the week starting July 27.
