Nashville mayor pushes for greenway opening, food grants ahead of next council meeting
Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s office filed legislation for the East Bank Greenway Easement and Regional Food Assistance Grants ahead of the next Metro Council meeting on Aug. 4. The greenway would connect River North residents to businesses, while food grants aim to assist elderly and disabled individuals with transportation to meal sites.
