Officials release new audio from day of Nolan Wells’ disappearance

Officials released audio of a July 4 call from a sinking boat where Nolan Wells and others were stranded. The teen caller reported a failing bilge pump and sinking, but the boat was not towed. Wells did not return with the group, and his body was found two days later. A friend later claimed Wells chose to stay behind during the emergency.
