Lymphedema in Breast Cancer: Longer Radiation Course Not Better
Hypofractionated locoregional radiotherapy for high-risk breast cancer showed noninferior results to standard fractionated radiotherapy in preventing arm lymphedema over three years, with no significant differences in cancer outcomes. The study was conducted in Denmark.
