Overnight I-64 west closures scheduled in Hampton
Overnight closures of Interstate 64 west in Hampton, Va., are scheduled to begin as early as July 29 for utility work as part of the Hampton Roads Express Lanes (HREL) Hampton Segment Project. The closures are being implemented by contractor crews with the Virginia Department of Transportation.
