'Skip the Stuff Law' in NJ means no more more utensils, condiments with takeout orders

A new New Jersey law, 'Skip the Stuff Law', prohibits food businesses from automatically providing plastic utensils, napkins, and condiments with takeout orders unless specifically requested by customers.
