Govt. gives nod to acquire land to lay new broad gauge railway line between Mannargudi and Pattukottai
The government has approved land acquisition to construct a new broad gauge railway line between Mannargudi and Pattukottai. The project, originally announced 14 years ago by the UPA government, has been revived with the appointment of District Revenue Officers as Land Acquisition Officers in Thanjavur and Tiruvarur districts.
