Roaches inside the rice! Plus rodent and roach issues at Westland Mall

Two Hialeah restaurants, Las Delicias Restaurant and Kelly’s Cajun Grill, were cited for severe health violations including live and dead roaches, rodent droppings, mold contamination, and improper food storage temperatures during recent inspections. Both establishments were ordered to clean up and address the issues but were not permanently closed.
