Govt, oil tanker association agree to form committee to address issues within two weeks

The federal government and the Oil Tankers Contractors Association (OTCA) agreed to form a committee to resolve issues facing the oil tanker industry within two weeks. The committee, led by the special secretary for petroleum, includes representatives from regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders, and will address demands such as quota reductions and contract transparency.
