National Herald case: Delhi High Court grants three weeks to Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi to respond to ED plea

The Delhi High Court has granted Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi three weeks to respond to a plea by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the National Herald case. The ED, represented by Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, argued that the trial court made significant errors and that the respondents had not filed a reply despite being given time previously.
