A corporate landlord in Philly broke the law by using rent-setting software, tenant alleges

A Philadelphia tenant is suing Willow Bridge Property Company and RealPage, alleging they violated a city antitrust law by using rent-setting software to coordinate rental rates. The lawsuit claims the software enabled price-fixing, undermining market fairness and affordability, and is the first since the law took effect in February 2025.
