China’s private-sector split widens as tech rises, traditional sectors struggle: survey

China's private sector faces a widening divide, with technology firms showing stronger momentum while many traditional businesses struggle due to intense competition, payment delays, and weak domestic demand. A survey of 79 medium- and large-sized private firms found over 70% of respondents described their current business conditions as difficult or very difficult.
