Neighbors describe what they heard during violent carjacking in south Charlotte

A 17-year-old boy was shot during a carjacking in south Charlotte, leaving him hospitalized with serious injuries. Neighbors reported witnessing two men and two women involved in the incident, which occurred in front of an apartment complex. No arrests have been made.
