Tejashwi Yadav has threatened to resume protests if his brother Tej Pratap and others are not released within 24 hours. The protest seeks government action against police who fired on students in Siwan on July 25 and Jehanabad on July 23. Student groups allege minors were arrested and announced a state-wide Virodh Diwas on July 30.
