Exclusive: UK told Karim Khan it would not back him as ICC prosecutor before removal vote
The UK government informed Karim Khan it would not support him as International Criminal Court (ICC) chief prosecutor before member states voted to remove him over sexual misconduct claims. Despite being cleared by an ICC panel, 82 of 125 member states voted in a secret ballot to dismiss him.
