Police release identity of 12‑year‑old boy killed outside Bronx deli

A 12-year-old boy named Jacob Freytes was fatally shot outside a Bronx bodega. He was one of three people shot in front of 104 Elliot Place and was found with a gunshot wound to the shoulder before being taken to a local hospital.
