Northern Metropolis will make Hong Kong more liveable, Paul Chan says
The Northern Metropolis, a future Hong Kong township near the Shenzhen border, will offer residents larger living spaces and better recreational access, according to Financial Secretary Paul Chan. The government aims to develop the area as a hub for living, working, studying, and leisure to enhance Hong Kong's livability.
