Loved ones search for missing 16-year-old Southern California girl

Loved ones are searching for 16-year-old Syncere Pshyra Evans, who has been missing since July 21 in Southern California. She was last seen on the 7300 block of Miramonte Boulevard in Los Angeles around 4 p.m. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is handling the case.
