German authorities issued a wanted notice for Abdul B., a 21-year-old suspect linked to Islamic groups in Berlin, following a van ramming attack near the Pride festival that killed one person and injured 16 others. The suspect is believed to have also stabbed several victims, and police warned the public to avoid contact as he may be armed and dangerous.
