Kalshi accuses Netflix of ‘misleading’ viewers in new prediction market documentary
Kalshi sent a cease-and-desist letter to Netflix, accusing the trailer of a prediction market documentary of containing false and misleading statements. Jovalin Dedaj, Kalshi’s head of litigation, made the allegations in the letter.
