Drop Site: Settlers establish outpost at site of deadly attack on Palestinian town

Israeli settlers established a new outpost at the site of a deadly attack on the Palestinian town of Tel, southwest of Nablus, less than 24 hours after four Palestinians were killed and four others wounded. A UK-sanctioned contractor, Harel Libi, uprooted hundreds of olive trees using 10 excavators, and settlers described plans to expand their presence, including building farms and moving families into the area.
