FBI ‘Most Wanted’ fraud suspect arrested in Jamaica over alleged $32M COVID-19 relief scheme

Elaine Angene Escoe, 41, was arrested in Jamaica by authorities following an FBI manhunt for allegedly orchestrating a $32 million COVID-19 relief fraud scheme. She was returned to South Florida on Thursday.
