Tony Romo's brutal golf score before getting arrested paints a nightmarish picture

Tony Romo was arrested in Milwaukee for an alleged operating while intoxicated offense after performing poorly in a golf tournament, finishing 35-over par. He was released and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 21.
