US to reopen border to Mexican cattle imports after screwworm shutdown
The U.S. will begin a phased reopening of southern cattle ports on August 24, following a May closure due to a New World Screwworm outbreak, according to the USDA. The first port to reopen is in Douglas, Arizona.
