Sub-inspectors get fresh training to run police stations as force gears up for SHO transition
A five-day training program for prospective SHOs in Ernakulam Rural concluded on July 24, 2026, and Kochi City police have completed the first round of training for officers under the new system. The training aims to prepare officers to lead police stations during the transition to the SHO system.
