Organizer of Targeted Drone Exhibition Near Kyiv Detained

The chief organizer of a defense technology exhibition near Kyiv, which was struck by a Russian ballistic missile causing 10 deaths and 100 injuries, has been detained on suspicion of criminal negligence. The event was held without authorization and provided inadequate shelter for attendees.
