T.N. govt. to ink pact with Centre for AI-enabled grievance redressal system for PDS beneficiaries
The Tamil Nadu government plans to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre to implement an AI-enabled grievance redressal system for Public Distribution System (PDS) beneficiaries. Before finalizing the agreement, the state aims to include district-level officers under the grievance redressal framework.
