Four Palestinians and two Israeli soldiers killed in West Bank confrontation

Four Palestinians and two Israeli soldiers were killed in a confrontation near the village of Tell in the West Bank. The Palestinian Health Ministry reported the deaths of the four Palestinians caused by Israeli forces.
