Police: Unemployed felon on probation for grand theft stole packages in Key Biscayne

A 32-year-old unemployed felon on probation for grand theft is accused of stealing $6,850 worth of packages from an apartment building in Key Biscayne by impersonating an authorized retriever. Raymond Delgado was arrested on June 18 after surveillance showed him tracking a UPS delivery truck and later faced three new charges, including burglary and grand theft.
