US hits network of Iranian financier Zanjani with more sanctions
The United States imposed sanctions on nine firms and four individuals linked to Iranian financier Babak Zanjani for evading sanctions. The Treasury Department targeted Zanjani's Iran-based 'Dot One' conglomerate and operations in Turkey and the UAE, which support his digital asset exchanges and facilitate covert financial activities for Iran.
